一、一句话概括

本应用是一款完全离线的行业英语学习工具。全部课程文本与题库都随应用一起安装在您的设备上；单词与例句的发音由 iOS 系统内置的语音合成（朗读）在您的设备上实时生成，安装包内不含任何音频文件。跟读评分使用 iOS 设备端语音识别，录音不保存、不上传。本应用没有服务器、不设账号、不联网上传任何内容，您的学习记录只存在您自己的手机里。

二、完全离线：可核验的事实

• 应用安装包内含全部课程数据与题库；发音由 iOS 系统内置的语音合成（朗读）在本机实时生成，安装包内不含任何音频文件。学习过程无需网络。
• 应用的网络请求层是本地模拟实现，不含任何真实的网络调用（无 HTTP 请求、无 WebSocket）。
• 应用界面由内嵌的 WKWebView 呈现，其内容通过自定义的本地资源协议从安装包内读取。该 WebView 只加载安装包内的本地内容——任何指向外部网址的跳转都不会在应用内打开；其中 http/https 链接（例如本隐私政策全文）会交给系统浏览器打开，其余协议一律拒绝。应用本身不提供浏览互联网的功能。
• 应用申请麦克风与语音识别两项权限，仅用于「跟读评分」功能（见第三节）；不申请相机、通讯录、日历、定位、照片或健康权限。

三、发音与跟读：声音都留在您的设备上

发音／朗读是播放声音：全部发音由 iOS 系统内置的语音合成（朗读）在您的设备上实时生成，安装包内不含预录音频文件，该功能不采集任何音频输入。

跟读评分会使用麦克风，规则如下：

• 只在您主动点击「跟读」按钮时开始录音，读完自动结束（也可手动结束）。
• 录音只送入 iOS 设备端语音识别（系统能力，强制 on-device 模式），不联网；识别结束后录音即被丢弃，不保存到磁盘、不上传，开发者无从获取。
• 逐词比对与打分同样在设备本地完成。
• 若您的设备不支持设备端语音识别，跟读功能会自动隐藏——应用不会改用联网识别。

四、保存在您设备上的数据

以下数据只保存在设备本地（WebView 的本地存储中），不上传、不同步、开发者无从获取：

• 学习进度、已学词卡、测验成绩与错题本。
• 收藏夹内容。
• 您自行填写的昵称等界面偏好（如该版本包含此功能）。

删除应用即删除全部上述数据。

五、不做的事

• 不设账号、不要求注册、不收集姓名／邮箱／手机号。
• 不集成广告 SDK、分析 SDK 或崩溃上报 SDK；不读取 IDFA／广告标识符。
• 不进行 App Store 隐私定义中的“追踪（Tracking）”。
• 不含用户之间的社交、聊天、评论或内容分享功能。
• 不提供打开任意网页的能力。

六、儿童隐私

本应用面向工程机械行业从业者的职业英语学习，不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童信息（本应用不收集任何人的身份信息）。

七、您的权利与联系方式

开发者不持有您的任何数据，没有可供查询或删除的服务器端记录；删除应用即彻底清除本机数据。任何疑问请发邮件至 sntwet@gmail.com。

八、政策变更

本政策如有实质性变更，将更新本页顶部的“最近更新”日期。

1. In one sentence

This is a fully offline industry-English learning app. All lesson text and quiz content are installed on your device together with the app; pronunciation is generated on your device at playback time by the iOS built-in speech synthesis (text-to-speech) service, and the app bundle contains no audio files. Pronunciation scoring uses iOS on-device speech recognition; recordings are never saved or uploaded. There is no server, no account and nothing is uploaded; your learning records exist only on your own phone.

2. Fully offline: verifiable facts

• The installed app bundle contains all course data and quiz content; pronunciation is produced on the device by the iOS built-in speech synthesis service, and the bundle contains no audio files at all. Studying requires no network.
• The app's network layer is a local mock implementation containing no real network calls (no HTTP requests, no WebSockets).
• The interface is rendered in an embedded WKWebView whose content is read from inside the app bundle through a custom local resource scheme. That WebView loads only local content from inside the app bundle — no external URL is ever opened inside the app. http/https links (such as the full text of this privacy policy) are handed to the system browser instead; every other scheme is refused. The app itself provides no way to browse the internet.
• The app requests two permissions — microphone and speech recognition — used solely for the pronunciation-scoring feature (see section 3). It requests no camera, contacts, calendar, location, photo library or health permissions.

3. Pronunciation and read-aloud scoring: audio stays on your device

The pronounce / read aloud feature plays audio: every pronunciation is generated on your device by the iOS built-in speech synthesis (text-to-speech) service; the app bundle contains no pre-recorded audio files, and this feature captures no audio input.

Pronunciation scoring uses the microphone, under these rules:

• Recording starts only when you actively tap the "read aloud" button, and stops automatically when you finish (you can also stop it manually).
• The recording is fed only into iOS on-device speech recognition (a system capability, forced into on-device mode) and never goes online; once recognition finishes the recording is discarded — never written to disk, never uploaded — and the developer has no way to obtain it.
• Word-by-word comparison and scoring likewise happen entirely on the device.
• If your device does not support on-device speech recognition, the feature hides itself — the app will not fall back to online recognition.

4. Data stored on your device

The following is kept only in local device storage (the WebView's local storage). It is never uploaded or synced, and the developer has no way to obtain it:

• Learning progress, studied cards, quiz scores and the mistakes notebook.
• Bookmarked items.
• Interface preferences such as a nickname you type in (where that feature is present in this version).

Deleting the app removes all of it.

5. What this app does not do

• No accounts, no registration, no collection of name, email or phone number.
• No advertising SDK, analytics SDK or crash-reporting SDK; the IDFA is never read.
• No "Tracking" as defined by Apple's App Privacy framework.
• No social features, chat, comments or content sharing between users.
• No ability to open arbitrary web pages.

6. Children's privacy

This app targets vocational English for construction-machinery professionals. It is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children — it collects identity information from no one.

7. Your rights and how to reach us

The developer holds none of your data, so there is no server-side record to access or delete; deleting the app erases everything locally. For any question, write to sntwet@gmail.com.
