本应用不设账号、不要求注册、不收集任何可识别您身份的信息，没有广告，没有任何分析或追踪组件。开发者不运营任何服务器，因此开发者收不到您的任何数据。相机画面、照片与译文只在您的设备上处理，不会发送给任何第三方翻译服务。唯一一种可能让数据离开设备的情况是语音识别的系统回落，第三节把它说清楚，不做粉饰。

本应用在开始识别前会检查所选语言是否支持设备端识别：
requiresOnDeviceRecognition = true），录音内容不会离开您的设备。是否支持设备端识别取决于语言、机型与您在系统“设置 > 通用 > 键盘 > 听写”中已下载的听写语言，本应用无法替您决定。
本应用的翻译按以下顺序尝试，全部尝试完才返回结果：
没有第三方翻译服务。本应用不向任何第三方翻译服务发送您的文字。上述三档全部在您的设备上运行；应用中不存在把待翻译内容发往外部翻译接口的代码路径。
本应用只在本地保存少量偏好设置（源语言与目标语言的选择），使用 iOS 的 NSUserDefaults。不保存翻译历史、不保存录音、不保存照片。删除应用即删除全部本地数据。
本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童设计，也不会有意收集儿童信息（本应用不收集任何人的身份信息）。

EnglishThis app has no accounts, no registration and collects no personally identifiable information. It contains no advertising and no analytics or tracking components. The developer runs no servers, so the developer receives none of your data. Camera frames, photos and translations are processed on your device and are never sent to a third-party translation service. The one case in which data can leave the device is the system speech-recognition fallback, which section 3 spells out plainly.

Before recognition starts, the app checks whether the selected language supports on-device recognition:
requiresOnDeviceRecognition = true) and the audio never leaves your device.Whether on-device recognition is available depends on the language, the device model, and the dictation languages you have downloaded in Settings > General > Keyboard > Dictation. The app cannot change this on your behalf.
Translation is attempted in the following order:
There is no third-party translation service. This app never sends your text to any third-party translation service. All three tiers above run on your device; no code path exists in the app that would send translatable content to an external translation endpoint.
The app stores only a couple of preferences locally (your source and target language selection) using NSUserDefaults. No translation history, no recordings and no photos are stored. Deleting the app removes all local data.
This app is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect information from children — it collects identity information from no one.
The developer holds none of your data, so there is no server-side record to access or delete; deleting the app erases everything locally. For any question, write to sntwet@gmail.com.
